Who I Work With
My clients are thoughtful, high-functioning adults who appear capable on the outside but feel internally stuck in patterns of anxiety, overthinking, perfectionism, or shame. Many of my clients are deeply self-aware and have tried therapy before, yet still feel like something underneath never fully shifted.

I specialize in working with:
• Adults navigating chronic anxiety and overthinking
• Perfectionism and harsh self-criticism
• Shame and persistent feelings of “not enough”
• Trauma and long-standing relational wounds
• Neurodivergent adults
• Members of the LGBTQ+ community
• Clients who have previously been in therapy but want deeper, experiential work

If you’ve often felt like you’re the capable one who keeps everything together while privately feeling exhausted, you’re exactly the kind of person I work with!

How We Actually Do the Work & Create Change
I integrate evidence-based and depth-oriented approaches so that therapy feels grounded and transformative rather than surface-level!
MY MODALITIES & APPROACH:

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
DBT helps you build emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness skills so you can handle stress in a more grounded, intentional way. You’ll gain practical tools to manage intense emotions, navigate conflict, and communicate with clarity and confidence.
WHAT THERAPY WITH ME FEELS LIKE
Most of the people who reach out to me are tired of managing everything internally on their own. They’re often successful and insightful, yet privately overwhelmed by anxiety or self-criticism that won’t quiet down.

Our first session focuses on understanding what’s bringing you in and what you want to feel different in your life. From there, we move into work that is intentional and collaborative. I bring warmth and steadiness into the room, and I also bring honesty. I won’t judge you, and I won’t stay silent if something important needs attention.

Therapy with me is about sustainable change, not quick fixes, and about building a relationship with yourself that feels more compassionate and flexible over time.
Cost of Therapy
Investing in therapy is an investment in clarity, stability, and long-term change. I operate as a private-pay practice so that our work can focus on depth, flexibility, and your goals rather than insurance limitations. Below you’ll find clear, transparent information about session fees and payment structure so you can make an informed decision.

Out-of-Network Reimbursement
53-minute session: $175
These sessions are structured, collaborative, and tailored to your goals. Most clients begin meeting weekly to build momentum, and we adjust frequency over time based on what feels aligned and sustainable for you.
I do not accept insurance directly because it allows us to work without diagnostic restrictions or session limits imposed by third parties. Private pay creates space for depth-oriented therapy that focuses on meaningful transformation rather than short-term symptom management.
If you have out-of-network benefits, I can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement. If you’re unsure what that means, we can discuss it during your consultation so you feel clear and confident about your options.
